Job Overview
The Office Administrator will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, and calendaring. You may also assist with invoicing, updating client files, and ordering office supplies. Since you will be first person clients see as they walk through our door, we are looking for an individual who can always maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

· Answer phones and take messages

· Respond to emails

· Manage mail correspondence

· Greet clients and visitors

· Assist with invoicing

· Perform data entry and filing tasks

· Manage inventory of office supplies

· Perform other clerical tasks as needed

. Order business cards for new hires

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED certificate

· Administrative or clerical experience preferred

· Computer proficiency

· Organizational and time management skills

· Basic math skills

. Professional appearance

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week

Work Location: In person

Salary : $18 - $20
