Job Description:
As a Leasing Consultant with Fathom Property Management, you will play a crucial role in leasing vacant units across multiple properties within our portfolio. Utilizing our AppFolio platform, you will be responsible for showcasing available properties, conducting property tours, and facilitating the leasing process from start to finish. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
1. Leasing Management:
- Effectively market available units through various channels to attract prospective tenants.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property tours.
- Showcase units to potential tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Utilize Appfolio software to manage leasing inquiries, applications, and lease agreements.

2. Tenant Relations:
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist tenants with the leasing process, including application submission, background checks, and lease signings.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants throughout their leasing journey, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

3. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, including property availability, leasing inquiries, and lease agreements.
- Prepare lease documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the property management team to coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants.

4. Compensation and Benefits:
- $20.76-25/hour compensation with Saturday required as part of the regular work schedule.
- Receive mileage reimbursement for travel related to property showings and other job-related duties.
- Earn leasing commissions on new leases signed, providing additional incentive for successful leasing activity.

Qualifications:
- Personal vehicle required with a valid driver's license for travel between properties.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate preferred.
- Familiarity with property management software, preferably Appfolio.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $20.76 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Seattle, WA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
