 💡Your Impact

As our Clinical Outreach Representative, here’s what you will be responsible for:

• Implements target market specific outreach plans including but not limited to face to face meetings, presentations, conference exhibition, and professional association involvement
• Educates the community and potential referents about programs and admission requirements
• Aligns with the admissions team to facilitate effective communication for referent-based inquiries and admissions; responds to calls from referents and the community to begin the admission inquiry process and/or increase the admission conversion rate
• Aligns with Patient Care Coordinators and Clinical staff to provide well vetted aftercare resource recommendations 
• Maintains relationships with aftercare providers to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Uses CRM to document activity and CRM Data to inform decisions 

💼 What You Bring

• Associate’s degree in healthcare, business or related required; Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, business or related field preferred
• 2 years’ experience in healthcare, sales, or marketing environment preferred 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
• Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment   
• Possesses Analytical and Critical Thinking skills 
• Knowledge of SUD, Mental Health Disorders and Behavioral Health Disorders and their treatments preferred
