The Supervisor of Residential Services is a leadership role within the Residential Services team that combines direct program support with staff supervision and operational oversight. This is a full-time position, typically 40 hours per week. Scheduled is to be determined, shift is open to Day, Swing or Grave. Work hours may vary based on patient volume, appointments, or clinic needs.
Compensation And Benefits
Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The anticipated starting pay range for this role is $24.00 to $27.61 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise, coach, and support Residential Services Coordinators to ensure consistent, high-quality resident services.
- Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee development and engagement.
- Participate in recruitment, interviews, and hiring decisions for Residential Services staff.
- Support onboarding and training to help new team members succeed in their roles.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and supportive team environment.
- Oversee daily residential operations to ensure services are delivered consistently and align with program standards.
- Monitor staff productivity, documentation, and program outcomes to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support scheduling and staffing coverage to meet 24/7 program needs.
- Help ensure staff complete required trainings and follow organizational policies and procedures.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and culturally responsive residential environment.
- Support staff in responding to resident needs, concerns, and crisis situations.
- Encourage a solution-focused, trauma-informed approach to resident interactions.
- Facilitate resident meetings and support community-building activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and data entry in required systems.
- Monitor program practices to support compliance with funding and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address barriers and improve resident outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, residents, and partners.
- Provide direct program support as needed, including stepping in during staffing shortages or high-need situations.
- Support seasonal or emergency operations, including inclement weather shelter activation.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Residential Services programs.
- High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience working in social services, housing, shelters, residential programs, behavioral health, customer service, or a related field.
- At least six (6) months of experience in a leadership, lead, mentoring, or supervisory capacity (formal or informal).
- Experience supporting teams, coordinating work, or helping guide daily operations.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems, including Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Experience working in homelessness services, supportive housing, shelters, or residential programs.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or experience serving multilingual communities.
- Experience with data entry, documentation, or program compliance requirements.
- Training or familiarity with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or de-escalation practices.
- Experience supervising or coaching staff in a fast-paced or 24/7 service environment.
