What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpet Care Technician position at Father and Son Carpet Care?
Job is Monday through Friday and some Saturdays
Work starts at 8:30am and is completed by 4:30pm or until needed
There are come opportunities to work on some nighttime carpet cleaning jobs (like restaurants)
Must have a clean drivers license/ reliable transportation to and from work
Uniform shirts and jacket are assigned and must be worn at all times while on the job along with khakis, NO JEANS or SWEATPANTS
Well groomed/ clean cut, enthusiastic, and self-driven
Must have Customer Service experience
Work responsibilities include: Carpet Repair, Carpet Cleaning, Some heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds), and Upholstery Cleaning
Must be able to understand some English in talking to customers
No smoking on the job
After 60 days a review will be done. If employee has shown good work habits, there will be an opportunity for advancement and increase in pay.
Pay is hourly and starts at $17/hour plus tips and possible bonuses/ commissions on upsells
Must be able to pass a drug test
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
