What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer- Grounds Maintenance position at Fath Properties?
Fairfield Pointe Apartments is seeking candidates to fill a full-time/seasonal Ground/ General Laborer position. This large community has 660 units and is conveniently located with easy access to I-275, in the heart of Fairfield, OH.
This position is full time during the spring/summer months. There is a possibility this position will transition to a full-time position working throughout the year.
Everyday tasks will include grounds maintenance. Such tasks include using a gas blower, power washer and small power tools. In addition, heavy trash removal in turn apartments and hallways. Daily trash pickup in laundry rooms and common areas.
Pay rate: $16-17 per hour

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Physical requirements: Able to lift 75 lbs. Able to climb ladders and steps. Applicants must be able to operate power equipment such as saws, drills. Must be able to operate door locks.
