- Lead 5-minute pre-shift huddles to align the team with daily objectives and priorities.
- Set the standard by fostering a positive, engaging environment for both team members andguests.
- Collaborate with management to identify strengths, address concerns, and support teamdevelopment.
- Drive financial success by managing revenue, labor costs, and encouraging upselling efforts.
- Own the guest experience by proactively resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Support operational efficiency through inventory management across Food & Beverage, Bar,Concessions, and Arcade.
