Strong organizational and time management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and high emotional intelligence are essential, including self-awareness, strong interpersonal skills, and effective conflict-resolution abilities. Familiarity with safety regulations and food service standards is required, and candidates must hold Tips and SERV Safe Manager certifications.

- Create and develop a Food & Beverage team through interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee daily operations of the grill, concessions, bar, and events, ensuring quality and consistency in preparation, presentation, and service.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure par-level management for all food, beverage, and cleaning products.
- Ensure organization and sanitation standards are upheld in all areas.
- Comply with operational execution software, safety regulations, and alcohol-related laws.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with the Corporate Food & Beverage Director to review sales, budgets, and performance metrics.
