Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, including basic food preparation and handling.
- Operate POS systems for order processing, cashiering, and sales transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed.
- Manage cash handling accurately during transactions while ensuring quick service delivery.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety.
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new team members
- Experience in cashiering, upselling, and customer service roles will help you excel in this position.
- Basic math skills including cash handling, retail math, and grocery store math are essential for accurate transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is beneficial.
