What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook - Fatburger Laughlin position at Fatburger/Buffalo's Express?
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, attention to detail, maintain an organized and clean workstation, ability to take direction, ensure all prepared items meet quality standards and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
The prep cook is responsible for preparing/prepping the ingredients and basics for the Fatburger menu items in a consistent and efficient manner (ie: onion rings, chicken, burgers, condiments, cookies, etc)
Previous experience as a Prep Cook in a similar setting, basic understanding of food preparation, strong attention to detail and efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Must have a SNHD Food Handler Card
Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending and stooping. Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Min 1 yr experience in similar role
Salary: $14.00hr
