Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google, and our dispatch software
- Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or clients
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory and organization of office spaces
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
- Handle administrative tasks including typing reports, managing correspondence, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to organizational policies
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
