Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Fat Shack standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fryers, grill, assembling on the mainline, taking orders, expo line, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen and lobby neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Work safely around kitchen equipment
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
Manager Responsibilities
- Open the store following opening procedure guide
- Manage employees and assure shift is following Fat Shack's SOP.
- Understand the total operations of the business to ensure the guests have the best experience possible
- Assist with truck orders or conduct weekly/daily inventory counts
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists, or delegate when necessary
- Take part or lead disciplinary or other one-on-one conversations with team members & leaders
- Maintain a culture that embodies our core values, mission, and vision statement
- Close store following store closing procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- LATE NIGHTS REQUIRED – Must be able to work as late as 4am to apply for this position
- Food Safety Certified
- Management experience
- Consistent and reliable

- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 / hour plus tips!
