## Overview
The Fat Shack in Aurora is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant management with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

## Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment
- Manage inventory control and ordering supplies
- Conduct interviews and train new staff members
- Ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Supervise kitchen management and food service operations
- Implement strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability

## Requirements
- Previous experience in food service management is required
- Strong knowledge of coffee industry practices is a plus
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in assistant manager roles within the hospitality industry
