Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to bar and dining room guests.
• Engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and menu offerings.
• Make recommendations and assist guests with beverage selections.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow all liquor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Restaurant and high-volume service experience preferred.
• Fine dining experience is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and craft beer.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Evening and weekend availability preferred.
