What You’ll Do:
- Craft high-quality drinks quickly and consistently
- Create a fun, energetic, engaging bar atmosphere
- Build connections with guests that keep them coming back
- Drive sales through personality and upselling
- Help shape drink menus, specials, and overall vibe
- Help with restaurant operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong bartending experience (required)
- Must be R.A.M.P Certified
- Confident, outgoing, and polished appearance
- High energy — you can own a busy bar
- Natural charisma and ability to engage guests
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and liquor
- Someone who takes pride in how they present themselves and their work
