```Requirements```
- A minimum must have a BSW with social work licensure or related four-year degree with social work licensure.
- Related degrees are: Sociology; Psychology; Counseling; Interpersonal Communication; Human Services; Primary or Secondary Education; Criminal Justice; Board of Regents with an emphasis in Human Service; Gerontology; Family and Consumer Science

- A master’s degree in social work, counseling or psychology with licensure

- Experience providing direct service to families.
```Duties```
- Coordinate and oversee services for individuals with open CPS cases.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and goals
- Collaborate with clients, families, and support teams to ensure effective service delivery
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to service plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions
```Experience```
- Familiarity with CPS concepts and interventions
- Strong relationship management skills to effectively work with clients, families, and support teams
- Background in social work or related field preferred
- Experience in program development and implementation
- Supervisory experience is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
