Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare foods such as meats, poultry, and fish for frying purposes.
- Operate fryers and equipment required for cooking in a safe manner.

- Must be able to do heavy lifting (50-60lbs) safely
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and dishes
