- Ability to pass background check
- Professional communication and appearance
- On-time pickup and delivery
- Willingness to accept on-demand work
Compensation
- Competitive per-run or per-mile pay
- Rates vary based on distance, service level, equipment type, and customer requirements
- Dedicated routes, when available, are paid on flat daily or weekly rates
