What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at FastTek Global?

- Establish and execute a daily plan for the work; may include organizing and dispatching assignments, facilitating meetings, short-range forecasting, etc.
- Communicate effectively in line with supported business unit processes/procedures; may include interacting with supervision, field operations, or other operational supporting groups.
- Utilize various systems to monitor work, create/submit orders, and requests, observe data and make scheduling adjustments as necessary.
- Some roles may require a deeper dive into data review to make appropriate modifications.
- Support emergent matters in line with the business units' processes/procedures; may include escalations, volume monitoring, etc.
- Perform business unit specific tasks as needed; may include various reporting and taking appropriate action.
- Ability to work effectively in urgent situations.
- Communication skills
- Skilled in organization and time management
- Ability to think and work independently.
- Technical skills to utilize various systems
- Associate's degree in Business or related field or/ 2-4 years of experience with scheduling or related work; customer facing; exposure to data and reports.
- Prefer knowledge of Utility work.
