Who We Are Looking For
- We are looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing team.
- The IT Project Manage plays a crucial role in overseeing technology-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role.
- The IT Project Manager will be responsible for developing a cohesive project plan with defined tasks and assigned resources, managing and remediating issues and risks, communicating status to executives, and leading the project team to ensure successful technology implementations.
- Project Planning and Implementation: Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with outlined objectives.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless project execution.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks & issues to minimize potential issues.
- Performance Measurement: Use appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Report and escalate issues to management as needed and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project objectives are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT or a related field.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to travel (up to 10%).
- Must have the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Must have the ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
