What You'll Do
Production Responsibilities
- Operate large-format printers, plotters, laminators, and finishing equipment
- Weed, mask, and apply vinyl graphics
- Produce banners, signs, decals, labels, wall graphics, and other visual communication products
- Assemble dimensional letters and sign components
- Prepare files and materials for production
- Maintain quality control throughout the production process
- Package and prepare completed jobs for delivery or installation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
- Assist with installation of signs and graphics
- Install window graphics, wall graphics, ADA signage, dimensional letters, post-and-panel signs, and other products
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Use ladders and basic installation tools safely
- Ensure installations are completed professionally and accurately
- Represent the company professionally at customer locations
- Experience in sign production, printing, graphics, fabrication, installation, construction, carpentry, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read measurements accurately
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
