- Be the First Impression: Warmly greet and assist walk-in customers, directing them to the right solutions or team members.
- Manage the Flow: Screen and route inbound phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Process Orders: Accurately enter and process order tickets, work orders, and estimates to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Support the Team: Partner with the sales and production teams, participate in daily meetings, and help execute administrative plans to ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
