Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial signage projects — from initial handoff through design, permitting, installation, and client closeout. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate across internal teams and field crews to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Position Summary

Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000 to $100,000 annual salary

- Manage multiple commercial signage projects simultaneously from award through final installation and billing
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, scopes of work
- Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Obtain and track permitting variances and municipality approvals
- Serve as the primary client contact — managing expectations, communicating updates, and resolving issues proactively
- Coordinate with vendors and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Review shop drawings, material orders, and installation plans for accuracy
- Identify, document, and process change orders — communicating scope and cost impacts to clients and internal teams in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed progress tracking across all active projects — monitoring milestones, identifying delays, and providing regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage invoice requirements for each project, ensuring billing accuracy, timely submission, and alignment with contract terms and project milestones
- Track and report project financials, flagging cost overruns or schedule risks early
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, brand standards, and safety requirements
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial signage, construction, or a related trade
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business or related field required.
- Experience with CRM systems and project tracking tools
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment
- PMP, CAPM, similar certification preferred, OR willingness to obtain one
- Experience with project tracking tools and collaboration platforms
- Familiarity with vendor coordination and project budgeting processes
- Occasional travel as required by business need
