Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000 to $95,000 (depending on level of experience)

- Partner with leadership to support HR strategy, focusing on employee relations, compliance, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on complex and sensitive HR matters, including investigations, accommodations, and terminations.
- Lead employee relations investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Oversee disciplinary processes, terminations, and workplace investigations.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends; support development of competitive pay programs.
- Facilitate learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and internal mobility.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Review and update HR policies and practices to align with legal requirements and best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of HR trends, employment law updates, and emerging technologies.
- Support talent acquisition efforts as needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative, highperforming HR team environment..
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, and employment law.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and counsel at all levels.
- Ability to remain tactful, calm, and effective in highpressure or confrontational situations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Collaborative team player with initiative and sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
- SHRMCP or SHRMSCP certification, or willingness to obtain within one year of employment.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong presentation skills and experience facilitating training sessions.
