Responsibilities:
- Proactive Prospecting: Conduct high volume outbound activities, including cold calling and personalized email sequences, to identify new business opportunities.
- Account Growth & Development: Cultivate early wins into long-term partnerships by identifying opportunities for service expansion and ensuring new clients fully leverage our suite of solutions as the center scales.
- Inbound Conversion: Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries via phone and email with a sales-first mindset, turning general questions into qualified sales opportunities.
- Proposal Generation: Utilize Corebridge to draft and deliver compelling quotes and business proposals, ensuring timely follow-up to secure commitments.
- Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from initial discovery and qualification to troubleshooting issues and closing the deal.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a product expert, identifying client "pain points" and providing detailed service information to guide them toward the ideal solution.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales stages within Corebridge, while using Google Workspace to collaborate on team targets and documents.
Experience:
- Sales Grit: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a high-proactivity customer support role. You must be comfortable "picking up the phone."
- Self-Starter Mentality: Comfortable with the "ramp-up" phase of a newer center and willing to help refine our sales processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Corebridge or similar POS/CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) for data entry and documentation.
- Persuasive Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Resilience: The ability to handle rejection with a professional, positive attitude and remain focused on daily activity goals.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle complex transactions and project details accurately within a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly desirable
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant plus, especially in English and other languages
