We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at FASTSIGNS in Lacey. We’re a locally owned shop with a small team, and we work closely together to help businesses create signage that makes an impact.

What success looks like in this role:
- Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers
- Learn how to create quotes, enter orders, and keep projects on track
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
- Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and keep jobs moving
- Build strong relationships and turn new customers into repeat clients
What we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
