• Assist clients with product information, order processing, and payment handling while ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members to create signs and graphics to meet the clients needs and expectations.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently by utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail during center operations.

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles is highly preferred; experience in sales is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Google Suite.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities enhance client engagement across language barriers but is not required.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency with computer systems, typing speed, and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary.
• Proven problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios with a focus on client communication and resolution strategies.

Pay: $37,500.00 - $41,600.00 per year
