Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud technologies, with experience building enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Develop scalable and secure enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support.
- Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and third-party APIs.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience in Java Backend Development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
- Good understanding of SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB is a plus).
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, Gradle, and Jenkins.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
