Role Overview
American Express Global Servicing Technology is looking for a highly skilled PEGA Cloud Migration
Expert to lead modernization and migration of enterprise-scale Case Management applications to
Pega Cloud. The platform supports critical servicing operations including fraud, disputes, customer
servicing, and payment workflows.
The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on expertise in Pega architecture, Pega Cloud
migration, platform upgrades, DevSecOps, and enterprise integration frameworks within large-
scale financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end migration of PEGA applications from on-prem/self-managed environments
to Pega Cloud.
• Drive PEGA platform modernization, upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient PEGA solutions for enterprise case management
platforms.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevSecOps best practices.
• Optimize system performance, stability, monitoring, and production support processes.
• Work closely with architecture, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Support API and event-driven integrations across servicing platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Required Skills
• 10 years of IT experience with 7 years in PEGA development and architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o Pega Cloud Migration
o Pega Infinity / PRPC
o Enterprise Case Management
o PEGA platform upgrades
o PEGA deployment architecture
• Expertise in:
o BPM workflows
o REST/SOAP APIs
o Kafka/Messaging integrations
o CI/CD and DevSecOps
o Performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of:
o Kubernetes
o Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
o Oracle/PostgreSQL
o Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD
• Experience in financial services, cards & payments, fraud/dispute servicing preferred.
