Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Water Mitigation Technician role based in Phoenixville, PA. The Lead Water Mitigation Technician is responsible for leading water damage restoration projects from initial response through completion, including assessing damage, developing a mitigation plan, and overseeing setup and operation of extraction, drying, and dehumidification equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting affected structures, documenting conditions with photos and notes, monitoring moisture levels, adjusting equipment settings, and ensuring work is performed according to safety, quality, and industry standards. The role also involves supervising and mentoring technicians, coordinating with project managers, communicating clearly with property owners and insurance representatives, and maintaining accurate job records. The technician will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies, maintain company vehicles and equipment, and represent FastPro Restoration professionally on every job site.
