Client Experience Coordinator - Sign, Photo & Media Services

Fastpost, LLC is seeking a highly organized and creative Client Experience Coordinator with skills or interest in photography, media production, customer communication, and real estate marketing. This position blends customer service with hands-on photo/media responsibilities and sign graphics work, including photo editing, virtual staging support, MLS write-ups, Zillow uploads, design proofing, and quality control. Experience with graphics or sign production is highly valued.If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced role that mixes creative and administrative tasks, this position is an excellent fit.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer SupportAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails promptlyAssist with scheduling, service inquiries, and order status updatesProvide friendly, accurate, customer-focused supportPhoto & Media ProductionPerform photo editing (color correction, cropping, enhancements, basic retouching)Conduct quality control checks on media before deliveryAssist with virtual staging preparationUpload photos, videos, and 3D scans to Zillow, MLS platforms, and client portalsSupport or coordinate urgent / last-minute photoshoots as neededReal Estate Marketing SupportWrite MLS property descriptions based on client notes and property detailsOrganize and manage digital files, media assets, and project documentationRequired QualificationsStrong customer service skills (phone and email)Basic to intermediate photo editing skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracyTech-savvy and comfortable with digital file handlingAbility to multitask and work efficiently under deadlinesReliable, punctual, and professionalPreferred Skills (Not Required)Experience with real estate media, Zillow, or MLS platformsBackground in virtual staging or real estate photographyAdvanced Photoshop or image restoration skillsExperience in print shops or real estate sign graphics
