Sales Representative — FastPass CDL
Wichita Falls, TX | Full-time | In person
Pay: $15–$19 per hour, depending on experience
Turn customer conversations into sales. FastPass CDL is looking for an experienced salesperson who knows how to listen, explain services clearly, follow up, and ask for the sale. If you take pride in building trust and helping customers take the next step, we'd like to hear from you.
FastPass CDL provides commercial vehicle access and test-day logistics for CDL applicants. You'll help prospective customers understand our services and move from an initial inquiry to a booking.
What you'll do
- Respond to inquiries by phone, text, and in person.
- Understand customer needs and explain available services, pricing, and next steps accurately.
- Follow up with prospects, answer questions, address objections, and close sales.
- Keep lead records and follow-up notes organized.
- Coordinate customer information and bookings with the FastPass team.
- Provide professional, friendly service throughout the sales process.
What we're looking for
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Confidence speaking with customers and asking for the sale.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong organization, dependable attendance, and consistent follow-through.
- Comfort using a computer, email, and phone to manage customer conversations.
- Availability to work full-time, in person in Wichita Falls, Texas.
