about the role
we’re hiring a creative, strategic, and self-driven social media marketing specialist content creator to help us scale our reach, strengthen our brand voice, and build a consistent digital presence.
this role blends content creation, photography, videography, storytelling, social media management, analytics, and community engagement. you’ll be responsible for capturing and creating high-quality content that fuels our social platforms, merch marketing, brand campaigns, and event promotion efforts.
this is more than simply posting content. we’re looking for someone who can help develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, expand reach, grow engagement, and help drive attendance to fastivalle™ events and experiences.
responsibilities
- create high-quality short-form content (reels, tiktoks, short videos, graphics) aligned with our brand voice and mission
- develop and execute social media and marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and event visibility
- help market and promote fastivalle™ events, worship nights, merch launches, campaigns, and digital initiatives through creative storytelling and strategic content
- photograph events, worship nights, behind-the-scenes moments, and live experiences
- capture clean, high-quality product photography for merch drops, online store, and marketing materials
- plan and schedule weekly content across instagram, tiktok, facebook, and youtube shorts
- develop monthly content calendars that support campaigns, launches, and seasonal event promotion
- edit photo and video content for social, web, promotional, and marketing use
- manage day-to-day engagement including comments, dms, reposts, and community interaction
- track analytics, trends, audience behavior, and platform performance to help guide strategy and content direction
- identify creative opportunities to grow reach organically through trends, collaborations, storytelling, and platform-specific strategies
- brainstorm creative series, campaign concepts, and content ideas that strengthen audience connection and brand identity
- maintain consistent visual style, tone, messaging, and branding across all platforms
- collaborate closely with leadership on creative direction, campaigns, launches, and communication strategy
- support onsite content capture during events, worship nights, photoshoots, and fastivalle™ experiences
requirements
- proven experience in social media management, content creation, photography, videography, and/or digital marketing
- strong skills in short-form video editing, storytelling, photo composition, lighting, and framing
- proficiency with tools such as canva, capcut, adobe lightroom, premiere, or similar creative platforms
- understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and digital growth strategies
- ability to work independently while staying organized, proactive, and deadline-oriented
- comfortable directing people during shoots and capturing content in fast-paced live environments
- strong eye for branding, aesthetics, visual storytelling, and creative marketing
- alignment with our mission, values, and creative direction
- passion for faith-based culture, worship, creativity, and building meaningful experiences
availability
- flexible schedule with availability for onsite event coverage, worship nights, content shoots, and occasional weekend events
- hours per week to be discussed collaboratively based on content goals, campaigns, and workload
