Fasteners Direct is looking for a Director of Supply Chain & Procurement to help lead the next phase of our growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to our COO with responsibility for procurement, inventory strategy, vendor management, operational performance, and long-term scalability.
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who can build structure, drive accountability, strengthen supplier relationships, and improve the systems and processes that support our continued growth.
The position offers:
- $115,000–$125,000 salary range
- 401(k) with company match
- Growth by Sharing profit-sharing program
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid time off and holidays
- Significant visibility and influence within the organization
