Position Details - Quality Project Analyst Job ID 622768 Title Quality Project Analyst Type Full-time Location Winona, MN 55987 Departments Administrative Date Published April 15, 2026 End Date 04-29-2026 Job Description Quality Project Analyst 1801 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987 HEADA Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI All Hours Available OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Quality Project Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks surrounding the OEM part approval process and maintaining deviation approvals during OEM project implementation. You will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring the sample and documentation library activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Coordinating resources and communicating needs to support resolution for rejected, deviated or clarified parts o Collaborating with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to develop stocking and distribution strategies, incorporating efficient sample and quality documentation availability o Collaborating with vendors to ensure products meet customer print requirements o Tracking and reporting project milestones and providing status reports to internal stakeholders o Managing project scope by ensuring proper documentation and approval of project change requests o Analyzing GAP Reporting and priority planning to maintain integrity throughout the part approval process REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Possess or working towards a degree in Business or a related field of study OR possess quoting, sourcing, project management or sales work experience o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Demonstrate strong leadership aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency o Highly motivated and self directed with the ability to motivate others o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Willingness to travel up to 20% of time o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Possess knowledge of OEM quality approval o Possess sales or management experience o Previous project management work experience ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers. COMPENSATION: The base pay range for this position is $46,800 - 56,200. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
