Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $60,000 - 80,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.

Overview
Working as Full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for setting direction at both the strategic and tactical levels within the company. You will oversee specific teams of people who will plan, execute and evaluate the success of small and large scale projects. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and coordinating project development from initiation to closure
- Completing project scope, goals, deliverables, budget and timing
- Completing work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task
- Providing a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed and clearly communicate expectations to internal staff
- Performing all aspects throughout the project life-cycle from request, assessment, planning, execution, monitoring and optimization
- Resolving problems, identifying trends, and determining process/system improvements
- Managing project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request
- Monitoring staff levels to ensure project completion
- Tracking and reporting on project milestones and providing status reports
- Leading, coaching and motivating project team members on a proactive basis
- Performing a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved
- Completing project documentation following project completion
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
- Possess a degree in Business or a related field
- Possess at least 2 years of project management work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
- Ability to elicit cooperation from multiple internal departments
- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
- Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
- Possess Six Sigma, Lean or a related certification
- Possess a Master's Degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
