Working as Full-time IT Senior Business Analyst, you will work with development, quality assurance, and end users to translate requirements into functional and technical design documents, including use-case documentation. You will also ensure applications being developed meet those requirements by performing functional and end user testing, and working with end users to help troubleshoot application or training deficiencies. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - 78,000.

Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Working with end users to define and clarify business objectives
- Identifying, analyzing, and documenting problems with program function, output, and content
- Prioritizing issues with business and development
- Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures
- Creating and maintaining test cases to support business requirements
- Testing system modifications to prepare for implementation
- Mentoring other team members
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
- Possess 5 years of work experience in IT analysis or an applicable business area (Inventory Management, Order management, Supply Chain, Financials)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
- Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics or a related field of study
