Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $55,000 - 60,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.

Working as Full-time Business Data & Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for integration and support of various tools and systems to achieve operational and business objectives. Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Working with the Business Data & Strategy team, IT, and business users to ensure Business Intelligence tools meet the needs of the business
- Supporting the implementation of strategic business plans for Analytics and Reporting needs
- Compiling, structuring and analyzing data to support business needs
- Implementing and supporting of various projects
- Meeting deadlines while working on multiple projects
- Creating and maintaining queries in a database
- Creating technical documentation for projects
- Ensuring data security and integrity
- Collaborate with Data Governance roles around data element and metric definitions and use
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
- Possess or are working towards a degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science or a related Business field OR have 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule
- Willingness and ability to travel

- Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
- Previous experience with programming languages such as VBA, SQL, R, Python and/or Java
- Previous experience working with common BI tools including Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, Oracle analytics, Qlik, SAS, etc.
