Warehouse Associate
A full-time Warehouse Associate position at our ILFRE Public Store location in Freeport, IL 61032.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain branch inventory.
- Receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle count inventory.
- Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Required Position Qualifications:
- Age 18 or older due to the nature of work.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented.
- Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrate Fastenal's core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
- Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50lbs, up to 75lbs.
- Pass required drug screen (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience receiving, shipping, sorting, or managing inventory.

$31,200 - $42,000 base pay range.
