We're searching for an exceptional Recruiter to join Fastbreak's People team and help us scale thoughtfully and quickly. This role is ideal for an early-career to experienced recruiter who's excited to jump into sourcing, own full-cycle hiring processes, and partner closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (product, operations, sales, tech, etc)
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative outreach
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and timelines
- Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and feedback with speed and organization
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first touch to close
- Help improve and document recruiting processes as we scale
- Track recruiting metrics and provide clear updates to stakeholders
- Represent our employer brand in the Charlotte market and beyond
- 1-4 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Comfortable jumping into sourcing and execution—this is a hands-on role
- Experience running multiple searches at once in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills with candidates and internal partners
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
- Curious, adaptable, and excited to grow with a startup
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- High visibility and real ownership over hiring outcomes
