Fastbreak AI is looking for enthusiastic, personable brand ambassadors to join our onsite team at the Governors Challenge High School Basketball Tournament in Salisbury, MD this December. This is a perfect job for a college-level student-athlete.
As a brand ambassador, you'll be the face of Fastbreak, engaging directly with fans, families, and athletes at this tentpole youth sports event to promote our free professional photo offers and cash giveaways.
Your energy, professionalism, and outgoing personality will help drive sign-ups and create a fun, positive experience for attendees.
This is a contract, temporary role ideal for anyone who enjoys connecting with people, supporting youth sports, and working in fast-paced, high-energy environments. It could turn into a long-term relationship, as Fastbreak runs events throughout Maryland and Delaware during the year.

What We're Looking For
- College student-athletes
- Outgoing, approachable, and confident talking to new people
- Comfortable in a sports event setting
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Comfortable using mobile devices or tablets (training will be provided)
- Experience as a brand ambassador, in event marketing, or in retail or hospitality is a plus
- Must be available to work the full event from December 26 through December 30, 2025
- Represent Fastbreak with enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the 5-day event
- Actively approach and engage attendees to promote the free photo offer and giveaway
- Encourage and assist with email sign-ups using tablets and mobile apps
- Hand out branded business cards or flyers to support sign-ups and brand awareness
- Request that attendees answer basic questions about the event experience
- Work collaboratively with other brand ambassadors and activation leads to meet daily goals
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming presence while on your feet for extended periods
- Location: Salisbury, MD
- Event Dates: December 26-30, 2025
- Compensation: $30/hour potential performance-based incentives
- Hours: Approximately 8 hours per day (likely 8 AM-4 PM or 9 AM-5 PM)
- Wage: $30 per hour, paid after the event
