Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely deliveries. The Driver will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations across multiple routes and ensuring that all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks, courier vans, and other company vehicles to deliver goods to customers and clients.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of all items.
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups.
- Assist with moving items within warehouses or client locations as needed.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving, and operating manual transmission vehicles.
Experience
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred, especially with route driving in urban or suburban areas.
- Warehouse experience is a plus, including familiarity with forklift operation and pallet jacks.
- Experience with heavy lifting, moving items, or loading/unloading cargo is desirable.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices to ensure positive interactions during deliveries.
- Commercial driving license (CDL) or relevant driver certifications are highly valued.

Pay: $22.23 - $26.78 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 7.0 per week
