What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Lines Account Manager position at Fast Tracking Solutions?
We’re seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a small book of business and deliver top-notch client service across home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance products. Must have an active Property & Casualty license and experience in personal lines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and service personal lines accounts, handling client inquiries and policy updates
- Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and coverage changes
- Coordinate renewals, review coverage, prepare proposals, and discuss options
- Assist with billing questions, payment arrangements, and carrier correspondence
- Support claims follow-up and resolution
- Generate certificates, ID cards, binders, and other documents
- Maintain accurate records in agency management systems (EPIC, AMS360, HawkSoft, etc.)
- Work with carriers on quotes, terms, and underwriting needs
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
- Ensure compliance and follow agency service standards
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Personal lines insurance experience
- Knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, renters, and specialty lines
- Experience managing a small book or supporting Account Managers
- Familiarity with regional or national carriers

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
