About the Role
The Finance Systems & Master Data Specialist ensures accuracy and consistency of enterprise data across financial, supply chain, and reporting systems. Acting as a systems super-user, this role supports tools such as Oracle Cloud Fusion, Concur, Blackline, and Basware, while partnering with cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, systems administration, and data governance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Systems Administration
- Maintain chart of accounts and fiscal calendars
- Administer Blackline, Basware, Concur, and Spreadsheet Server
- Support user setup, workflows, and troubleshooting
Master Data Management
- Maintain accurate supplier, customer, and financial data
- Handle supplier onboarding and vendor maintenance
- Validate changes across downstream systems
Card & Banking Platform Support
- Manage JPM Single Use Account card program
- Maintain supplier/store banking details and user access
EDI & Supply Chain Support
- Maintain EDI control files and update overhead costs
- Realign store and operational hierarchies in Oracle
Reporting & Documentation
- Support report creation/editing
- Maintain documentation, approvals, and audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 2 years in ERP support, master data, or financial systems administration
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred) and tools like Concur, Blackline, Basware
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
Preferred: EDI workflows, supplier/customer onboarding, GL knowledge, reporting or data visualization tools

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
