Fast Track EMS is seeking passionate, skilled, and motivated Paramedics (EMT-P) to join our high-acuity 911 response team. We are committed to providing top-tier emergency care in a dynamic rural setting.
Experienced Paramedics and New Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply! We offer a supportive environment, mentorship, and the training you need to succeed in critical situations. Full time and part time positions, 12 hour and 24 hour shift availability.
What You Will Do
- Provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) and rapid assessment for 911 emergencies.
- Lead and mentor EMT partners, maintaining a high standard of professional care.
- Operate advanced medical equipment (EKG, defibrillator, etc.) and administer medications.
- Document patient care accurately using ePCR systems.
- Deliver compassionate, professional care under pressure.

Requirements (The Essentials)
- Current and valid Paramedic (EMT-P) License (State OEMS).
- Current AHA BLS Certification.
- Ability to meet physical demands (lifting 75 lbs independently/76 lbs with assistance).
- Valid driver’s license (insurability required).
