About the Role
Fast Threads is a fast-growing custom apparel and promotional products company, and our production team is the engine behind it. We're hiring a full-time Embroidery Machine Operator at our Montevideo production facility. You'll run computerized multi-head embroidery machines that stitch logos onto hats, polos, jackets, and more. This is machine operation, not sewing. No embroidery experience required. We'll train you.
What You'll Do
- Hoop garments and load them onto multi-head embroidery machines
- Load designs and set up jobs at the machine
- Monitor stitch quality and catch issues early
- Trim, inspect, and stage finished garments
- Keep production moving on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Dependable. You show up and your team can count on you.
- Sharp eye for detail and pride in quality work
- Comfortable learning computerized equipment
- Able to stay on your feet and work with your hands
- Embroidery or production experience is a bonus, not a requirement
Schedule
Monday through Thursday 8:00-5:00, Friday 8:00-4:00. No nights, no weekends.
