Parking Supervisor Exempt - Fast Park
Shift: 4 PM - Close (Typically 12:30A)
Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee and manage the daily operations of a Fast Park facility, ensuring smooth and efficient parking services for customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability. This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing finances, upholding safety and security protocols, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the parking facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of parking attendants, cashiers, and other staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting a positive and welcoming environment.
- Manage the financial aspects of the parking facility, including cash handling, revenue reconciliation, and preparing daily/weekly reports.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to parking operations, safety, and security.
- Monitor and maintain the parking facility's equipment, ensuring proper functioning and addressing any maintenance or repair needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the parking facility, ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for customers.
- Implement and monitor security measures to prevent theft, vandalism, and other incidents.
- Manage traffic flow within the parking facility to ensure efficient and safe movement of vehicles.
- Conduct regular inspections of the parking facility to identify and address any potential safety hazards or operational issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to parking management.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle any emergency situations that may arise within the parking facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of customers and staff.
- Schedule staff and manage payroll within budgetary guidelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs for staff development.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, incidents, and other relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Required Education:
Required Experience:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in parking management or a related field.
- Experience with revenue control and cash handling procedures.
- Experience supervising and motivating a team.
- Experience in customer service, including handling complaints and resolving conflicts.
- Experience with parking management software and technology.
