Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (Based on Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of our Screen Printing and Direct-to-Film (DTF) operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on production leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, increasing efficiency, and delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Production Manager will play a critical role in leading daily production operations, developing team members, optimizing workflows, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve daily production goals and performance expectations.
- Manage daily production activities across Screen Printing, DTF Printing, and apparel decoration operations.
- Monitor workflow, production schedules, quality standards, and overall efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce production delays, and increase productivity.
- Train, mentor, and support employees to promote team growth and success.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment.
- Partner with leadership to track performance metrics and achieve operational goals.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before shipment.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives as needed.
- Provide hands-on leadership and assist with production activities when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a production, manufacturing, apparel, printing, or related environment.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing production teams.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control processes, and operational efficiency.
- Experience with Screen Printing, Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing, apparel decoration, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance team management and floor-level support.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
