X-Ray Technologist at Fast Pace Health
Deliver outstanding patient service, ensure diagnostic quality during imaging procedures, and maintain compliance with all safety regulations. Work collaboratively within a dynamic team while contributing to a positive community-focused work environment.
X-Ray Technologist Overview:
Provide clinical and administrative support essential for effective patient care under the direct supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Gain support and mentoring to become the best X-Ray Technologist you can be.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical and administrative support for the team and adhere to all policies and procedures of the company.
- Assist patients with proper positioning during exams to ensure diagnostic quality.
- Address minor maintenance issues with machines and follow up with nurse coordinators for consultation prior to any outsourcing calls.
- Monitor cassettes and equipment in the x-ray room for signs of wear or malfunction and submit problems found as soon as possible to the Imaging Director.
Requirements:
- ARRT License (Registered Technologist)
- State License (Registered Technologists' and Limited Scope)
- Level 1: High School Diploma or equivalent with current CPR license and/or at least 1 year of experience as a certified RT(R) or limited scope x-ray tech preferred in clinic setting.
- Level 2: Ancillary RTR positions will be evaluated for level 3 after 6 months of Full-Time employment.
- Level 3: Establish a full grasp of ortho-glass techniques for splinting or casting and ensure all patients with fractures are stabilized prior to leaving the clinic if applicable in your state.
Additional Requirements:
- Administration duties, including but not limited to scheduling, ordering, training, and other duties assigned by Clinic and or Regional Director.
