Job Description
The Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health will be responsible for delivering high-quality musculoskeletal care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of orthopedic conditions. This role requires a strong patient-centered approach, with a focus on education, rehabilitation, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Assess and diagnose fractures using clinical evaluation and imaging studies.
- Administer non-surgical fracture reductions.
- Monitor and manage the healing process, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Perform joint aspirations to diagnose conditions such as joint effusions or infections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Orthopedic Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP/APRN).
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
